It has “tori paitan” soup, which is made of chicken & vegetables, simmered for 8 hours to be reduced to certain thickness. The soup has a full of flavor and also has “kurobuta”char siu on top. “Yama Ramen” is available only for lunch time because of the limited amount of supply.
