Live Crawfish are not always in season so the founder of Critter Runners, established in January of 2004 by Vincent Florio started the Critter Runners Boil House.

Vince is trying to spread the popularity of what those in the Gulf Coast already know as “mudbugs” by purchasing the domain crawfish.com and do more with Crawfish,

Live Crawfish Deliver is still a big business in and around Houston as well as shipping Nationwide via Southwest Airlines Cargo.

Vince provides an uncanny level of customer service and is hands-on in the pick-up, selection and delivery of Crawfish to his customers.

Restaurants in Houston and Nationwide have counted on the Critter Runners quality of Live Crawfish for their customers.
