Our bar is open 7 days a week from 10am-3am. The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday from 6am-2pm. Some of the favorites include the Po’Boy Special (choice of shrimp, oysters, or catfish) with gumbo and steaming French bread, massive breakfast plates, fresh coffee, shrimp and crab casserole, crab claws/legs, buttery grits, bloody mary, delectable hash brown special, hot biscuits, and peach cobbler. Our bar has exactly what you need for prices that leave more cash in your wallet! Our crowd is split between locals and tourists. People stroll through our long hallway because the food is cooked how it should be in NOLA, you won’t leave hungry, and they usually can’t resist the appetizing food aromas from our homestyle cooking. Dine in with us and throw on your favorite tune in our jukebox, watch some TV, play pool, or internet poker! We provide take-out, off-site catering, and free bicycle delivery! So come on down to Hobnobber’s where the food is fresh, drinks are cheap, and faces are always smilin’!

Established in 1986.
This business is rich in family history and recipes. We know how to cure the appetites of locals and tourists alike with large portions of our homestyle American and Cajun/Creole cooking. Our passion for serving delicious/authentic foods and cheap drinks inspired us to open Hobnobber’s. Our atmosphere is inviting and memorable. Customers love the long hallway that leads into the sights, smells, and sounds of Hobnobber’s. We plan on keeping the jukebox, bar, and soul food a comin’ for our amazing fans!

Business Owner
The idea of Hobnobber’s came easy since my husband’s mother had always been in the food business. She knew how to make mouth-watering dishes and so we were inspired to manifest our passion as well. I’ve had a lot of good food, but there’s just something special at Hobnobber’s. We know how to treat and respect our customers through our tasty, large portioned dishes, honesty, and always putting the customer first. Our restaurant tends to stick in peoples’ memory bank since you can’t beat good soul food and friendly smiles.
