Deanie’s Sea Food Kitchen Owner and Manager Chandra Chifici-Scarber grew up in her family’s restaurant business and has introduced a contemporary, up-to-date atmosphere for traditional New Orleans seafood that has been enjoyed for more than 50 years. Deanie’s Sea Food Kitchen delivers the same Creole flavors and family recipes presented in a slightly different way attractive to the young, diverse community of Uptown New Orleans.
