We are a locally owned business that have been serving Austin and surrounding areas since June of 2007 at our original location. This is our second location, which we opened in February of 2014 to serve our south Austin customers. We have our own house blend cajun seasonings and recipes that has just the right amount of kick and flavor. Our seasonings come in mild, medium, spicy, or extra extra spicy for all of our seafood boils. Our crawfish are boiled, then soaked to absorb all the seasonings and ingredients in the boil, and tossed with additional seasonings for added flavor and spice.
