Why did two Vietnamese guys open a Cajun restaurant? Nam and Khuong grew up in Vietnam where fresh seafood and French adoptions like banh mi and cafe sua da is a fact of life. New Orleans is also blessed with an abundance of seafood and French cuisine. We knew Cajun and Vietnamese fusion would be a match made in heaven! We took what made Cajun awesome and made it a little better with Vietnamese spices. But don’t take our word for it, come on in, we think you’ll love it!
